Sam Garcia Library. Learn to make jewelry, including earrings and necklace charms, out of polymer clay. Make something for yourself or to gift! NOTE: Due to complexity of projects, this program is strictly for ages 13-17 only. Due to time constraints, we will begin promptly at 1 p.m.
On the Third Thursday of every month, teens are invited to try a new art project! At the end of each program, you will have your own unique masterpiece to take home with you.
